Noone stepped up to maintain clamav so far, thus there are no security
updates. I do not have the time to do them personally unfortunately.

Since clamav is a constant source of grief (due to having loads of
vulnerabilities), it does not fulfill the main inclusion requirements
and thus is only in universe.
