[Bug 64884] Request libraw1394, libiec61883, mythtv, mythplugins

Public bug reported:

The two firewire libraries, libiec61883 and libraw1394 allow the edgy version of mythtv (which features firewire support) to be built on dapper.
libiec61883 is dependent on libraw1394.

They both build cleanly in a dapper pbuilder.  Once they are built,
mythtv and mythplugins both build cleanly in a dapper pbuilder as well.
