[Bug 64414] Request DOSBOX 0.65

Public bug reported:

Dapper currently has DOSBOX 0.63, Edgy has 0.65.
I use Dapper and would like to use DOSBOX 0.65 because that is the only version of DOSBOX that supports installing Win3.1, which I need for some of my applications. Thanks.
