[Bug 63275] readahead-list

Public bug reported:

Edgy readahead-list rocks! The foregrounding and per-bootup block
ordering make a dramatic difference with bootup speed.

Now, why not give Dapper the same love? I've tested it on two Dapper
i386, a dapper vmware, and a Dapper amd64 box, and all three work just
fine with a backported readahead-list.


Only one caveat: boot.list needs to be replaced with the one Dapper shipped with, because preloading Edgy files on Dapper is pretty nonsensical :)
