[Bug 73512] Please backport beagle from feisty to edgy

The version of beagle currently in ubuntu universe breaks yelp - see bug

Backport using prevu is easy, but requires backporting cli-common and
cli-common-dev. On my system the generated packages, which are

beagle_0.2.13-0ubuntu1~6.10prevu1_i386.deb
beagle-backend-evolution_0.2.13-0ubuntu1~6.10prevu1_all.deb
beagle-dev_0.2.13-0ubuntu1~6.10prevu1_i386.deb
cli-common_0.4.6~6.10prevu1_all.deb
cli-common-dev_0.4.6~6.10prevu1_all.deb
libbeagle0_0.2.13-0ubuntu1~6.10prevu1_i386.deb
libbeagle-dev_0.2.13-0ubuntu1~6.10prevu1_i386.deb
python-beagle_0.2.13-0ubuntu1~6.10prevu1_i386.deb

seem to work reasonably well and not to break kio-beagle nor kerry,
however I wait for confirmation from kde users.
