[Bug 73476] backport curl 7.15.5 from Feisty to Edgy

Public bug reported:

The current curl in Edgy (7.15.4-1ubuntu2) has bugs that cause programs
that use "multi" transactions (like bzflag) to crash.

I have manually compiled curl 7.15.5 from Feisty as a workaround on my
personal system.  In my opinion, the fixed version needs to be
backported from Feisty so that the general population has a non-crashing
library like they had in Dapper.
