[Bug 73387] please backport cups-pdf 2.4.2-1 to Dapper

Public bug reported:

cups-pdf has always been broken on Ubuntu, because of the non-privileged
user executing CUPS on Ubuntu.

This issue was fixed in Edgy with the release of 2.4.2-1 for the CUPS
1.2.x series.

It would be desirable to back-port this to Dapper.
