[Bug 51205] Please Backport Kopete 0.12

Public bug reported:

This version adds many new features, and is seperate from the main KDE networking package, but should overwrite the Kopete provided by that, as the two cannot live side-by-side, and should provide the necessary dependency.
JRiddell has already created a package for this, but it has the Kubuntu patches to it which seem to break certain things, such as forcing tabs on every window.
