[Bug 49380] Please add "tovid" to the repositories

Public bug reported:

Tovid is a collection of incredibly useful video utility wrapper
scripts, which allow conversion of almost anything to useful formats
which can be burned to DVD to VCD. They make use of established utils
such as ffmpeg, mjpegtools, mplayer, dvdauthor, sox, etc.

There is a deb already; see http://tovid.wikia.com/wiki/Installing_tovid
for details. All dependencies are already available in dapper
repositories.
