[Bug 49261] Backport a more recent version to dapper-updates

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mercurial

Mercurial is now at version 0.9 but the package in dapper is of version
0.7. A more recent package should be made available through dapper-
updates.

A binary-package for 0.9 was built by siretart which you can find at
http://siretart.tauware.de/dapper-mercurial/ and works fine for me.
