[Bug 54228] Backport OpenOffice.org (OOo) v2.0.3 to Dapper (Now in Edgy)

Public bug reported:

This is the third request for OOo 2.0.3 to be back ported to Dapper,
commented by many people.  Edgy has finally got the packages for
2.0.3-3ubuntu3 in the main repositry, please backport to Dapper as it
fixes several critical bugs that are show-stoppers for businesses (e.g.
blank line suppression)
