Hmm, had a couple problems. I'm not sure if I installed them in the
wrong order, but I first installed kaffeine and then kaffeine-xine.

First, I recieved and error about kaffeine_part not starting, but it
still opened. After that I only had "Embedded mplayer for KDE" and
"Embedded media player".  Both of which are not the high quality xine
engine backend.

The "Embedded media player" works fine, but it is really simple (and a
bit ugly).

The "Embedded mplayer for KDE" plays the music but doesn't show any
progress on the progress bar. (probably a problem with the backend)

The old kaffeine used a xine or gstreamer backend, it seems like this
new version's only fully capable backend is the xine one. gstreamer may
have been discontinued.

I'll fiddle a bit more.
