[Bug 52280] lilypond doesn't install

Public bug reported:

Used Synaptic to install lilypond from backports- get error message
after it downloads and tries to install.  Took screnshot of terminal- it
says line 19 usr/bin/kpsewhich :no such file or directory

dpkg: error processing...
