I've looked a bit at the dependencies of the beautifulsoup package in
Eft.

The Eft beautifulsoup package depends (unnecessarily?) on more recent
versions of debhelper and python-support than available in Dapper.

Ordinarily I guess these would also have to be backported but I think
these dependencies are too strict. I'm sure Beautiful Soup will build
with the Dapper versions of these packages.
