[Bug 77455] backport request for phpunit2

Public bug reported:

This is a request to backport phpunit2 from Feisty to Edgy.  It's
already in the Feisty Universe repository
(http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/web/phpunit2), and as it's PHP
shouldn't break anything.  phpunit, currently in Edgy, is considerably
old and targeted at PHP 4, while Edgy ships with PHP 5 by default (as it
should).   phpunit2 is PHP 5-targeted, so it actually makes more sense
than phpunit 2, IMO.  Thanks.
