[Bug 76654] Please backport fix to spampd 2.30

Public bug reported:

The first line of the init-script set a wrong shell, so that the package
can not be installed on a standard system.

The patch is simple :
In the first line of /etc/init.d/spampd

- #!/bin/sh -e
+ #!/bin/bash
