No means no. This backport requires a rebuild of all libgpod reverse
dependencies, and not all of which will likely build against the newer
fine.

If in Feisty they decide to bump up the sonumber or do something else to
not break existing apps built against Edgy libgpod, then this can be
reconsidered. Until then, this is a firm no for official edgy-backports.
If yuo need the newer libgpod personally, you can always use prevu.
