[Bug 75895] please backport trac 0.10.2 from feisty to dapper

Hi there.

Trac (http://trac.edgewall.org/) is at version 0.10.3 in feisty, and
0.10.2 backported from feisty to edgy:

  http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/web/trac (0.10.3)
  http://packages.ubuntu.com/edgy-backports/web/trac (0.10.2)

The version in Dapper is still 0.9. I'm not sure if the proper procedure
here is to backport from feisty to edgy and then to dapper, or directly
to dapper in parallel, but I'd greatly appreciate a 0.10 based trac in
Dapper.
