[Bug 74235] phpmyadmin backport

Public bug reported:

The phpmyadmin version in Edgy is severely broken, to the point where it
can't even make a copy of a database.  The current version, the one in
Feisty, seems to work well.

I tried building with prevu but failed because of a build dependency on
the Feisty version of yada.  Using prevu to build yada didn't help
because yada still wasn't =>.51

I downloaded the Feisty sources or phpmyadmin and yada, and built and
installed with debuild and debi, and the resulting .deb works great.

Can someone help me make a backport out of this?  Thanks.
