[Bug 38346] Totem 1.2.1 crashes upon adding files to playlist

Description:
Totem 1.2.1 from backports (1.2.1-0ubuntu1~breezy1) crashes upon adding
new files to an existing playlist.

Steps to repeat:
1. Open Totem
2. Click the "+" sign and add a file to the playlist.
3. Click the "+" sign again.

The original Breezy version (1.2.0-0ubuntu3) does not have this bug.
