USN-186-1 (mozilla, mozilla-firefox) updates broken on Hoary

These need to be switched over to "gcc"
 ./security/coreconf/Linux.mk:CC = gcc-4.0
./security/coreconf/Linux.mk:DEFAULT_COMPILER = gcc-4.0
CCC in that file needs to be "g++", too.
