USN-186-1 (mozilla, mozilla-firefox) updates broken on Hoary

OK, here it goes:
  First of all, packaging bug:firefox needs a build dependency on
"libcairo1-dev", else ./configure barfs.
  next, a new barf location:

mozilla-decoder.cpp:43:30: pango/pangocairo.h: No such file or directory
mozilla-decoder.cpp: In function `int mozilla_decoders_init()':
mozilla-decoder.cpp:211: error: `pango_cairo_font_map_get_default'
undeclared
(first use this function)
mozilla-decoder.cpp:211: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only
once for each function it appears in.)
  I've yet to figure out how to get around this one.
