I was wondering about the possibility of themeing the scroll bar with
clearlooks engine and got the above message from Andy Fitzsimon. I think
it's a nice apps to backport:-) All the themes using clearlooks engine
has the same scroll bar is kind of bizarre.

Time to change this.
