Yes. In good mailers like Thunderbird 3, you can use a hotkey,
toolbar, or menu option to reply to the list instead of to the original
poster.<br>

Yes, top posting = bad. Many people who have used Outlook for most of
their email life don't even realise what they are doing. It is a Some
people consider this a religious argument, but there are strong
ergonomic and comprehension reasons why it is more than that.<br>
