12.04LTS and the Telstra 4G mobile wireless modem (Geoffrey)

Hello Geoffery,
If it is any help, I connect my Telstra 3G ultimate sierra wireless
modem successfully in 12.04LTS by using the APN of 'telstra.bigpond'
[without quotations] . The information re. APN and connecting the modem
I found on ubuntuforums.org.
I have also taken a screen shot of the connection manager showing the
settings which I could email to you later if that helps.
