Hi Chris,

This bug is related to the following blueprint --

it's nothing as such official yet, just drafting a few ideas on the
possibilities.

The full spec of that blueprint loosely ties into the main desktop iso
localisation bp at --
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/desktop-o-cd-localization

I've merely just copied over the things that would apply to us. Anyone
can spin the iso's but we need to come to a consensus as a team as to
what to include (will be a work in progress very soon).  At the bottom
of the main bp, you'll find details on how to customise/localise a
version of Ubuntu -- note you'll need an oneiric or late machine.
