eReaders hardware / paper waste reduction

I am current work at the food bank on Thursdays (9:30 - 12:30)

I am noticing we are using lots of paper (90+ pages per day)

I am wondering if these ebook readers are can help us reduce our paper usage?
How foolproof are they?


PS: We are print on the backside of the paper
