To this end, I've started talks this afternoon with the people
actually doing the update so if anyone has any feedback on the
technical aspects of the website now is the time to be heard.

The goals I've set out are:
 * to use the themes described here [0] to make it up to date with
current Ubuntu branding
 * to use open id login so anyone with a launchpad account (required
for launchpad team membership and loco.u.c) can log in and we don't
have issues with spambots.

Other than that the rest is basically just window dressing content
wise to fit the new theme from what I remember.

Ideas, suggestions, comments?
