How to Set Adam Internet as the download server

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping you guys can help me set Adam Internet as the default
download server.

I know there is a way but I'm not sure how to do it manually.

I hope someone can help because my downloads aren't very much each
month the updates and new releases destroy my monthly limit.
