Governance Structure Proposal for Ubuntu-AU

Hi all,

Ubuntu AU does need some revamping, as things stand there is not a lot
happening the community as it has gone stale and no one seemed to have
the interest in doing anything under the current state of Ubuntu AU.

The big problem that is going to be faced is getting the interest of
people to be/get involved, and this all comes down to the time and the
abilities that said person/peoples can provide to Ubuntu AU.  As for
the committee idea there is going to be disagreements etc, that just
comes with the nature of it as not everyone will agree and this should
not be taken personally.  But if we can put the negatives side of
things aside at look at the positives we will have a better chance of
getting the ball rolling.

So lets make it happen and keep positive and people will enjoy it a
lot more and be a better experience for all :-)
