Victor.  I can help you out with problem (1) - I suspect it will also solve
all the others also
You have been using teh SUN version of virtualbox, not the one from the
Ubuntu repository.
Virtualbox is now an Oracle product, as such they have changed their key
If you run :

wget -q http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/oracle_vbox.asc -O-
| sudo apt-key add -

It will fetch and install the new key
