Hi Abdul. I am sorry for not getting back to you earlier as this message
was unfortunately picked up by one of my mail filters & filed in a
bugmail folder that I do not check as often as I should.

Can I please ask you to confirm what you wish to be accessible via orca?
I am unsure whether you mean enabling the partner repository or using skype.

If you are asking if skype is accessible using orca, unfortunately I
have not had any experience with this. From a bit of searching on
Google, I found the following website that might help:

Please note that these instructions state that this setup is not
officially supported & you might require some "sighted" help for some of
these instructions.
