Linux C Compiler to produce windows .EXE files

Hello Folks
I have been writing (for fun) a few C programs which I wish to share 
with friends. All of these friends use MS Windows - although I am 
working on changing that!
What I am after is a C compiler which will run under Ubuntu but produce 
.EXE binaries.
Can any one help ?
