Producing Video DVDs

I have produced a number of video dvds  using PowerProducer or
BurningStudio8 under Windows XP.  The basic features are that I can add
video clips which can when added provide up to 4 hours of video time.
The program produces a main menu with one or more pages in which each
video is represented by an icon and a label. Each menu page provided
navgation  forwards abd backwards and the viewer can choose which video
to watch.


Is there a similar program available for linux?
