Newbie seeking support to install DVICO hybrid tuner card

I realize this is not a support forum as such, I just wondered if
anybody else has bought this card or similar and worked out how to
install it.

My drivers seem to have diappeared, there is meant to be demux and
frontend files in /dev/dvb/ but the whole dvb directory has
vanished...
