i've got a 'Sams teach yourself sql in 10 minutes' book, 3rd edition,
includes coverage of mysql and postgresql, by Ben Forte (C) 2004, in
good condition. Bit old, but also, a basic level introduction.

can probably help in locating/providing links to the example
databases if required.

can send direct or to poste restante for the price of postage. paypal
or value in stamps is cool.
