ebay issues

I've been having an issue setting up ebay IM notification over the last few
days so I contacted ebay support to get some help with the issue.  I told
them about the problems I was having, including the browser and the
operating system that I use .  Their response - delete Firefox and use
Internet Explorer.  Incredible!
