Hardware companies, Microsoft, Competition and Consumer Choice

Perhaps I was misunderstood.

Of course I do not expect any company to support any particular OS, if they
do not want. For whatever good or bad reason. That is their choice.
But the choice to have NO OS installed by default should be available to the
consumer.
