Telstra BigPond (Australia) Users - quota-free apt repo

Hi Guys

A little while ago on another Ubuntu list a post came through with info about 
quota free sources for those using bigpond as their isp. I asked for and got 
permission to sent their info on as I'm sure it'll benefit some here
