A new Blueprint I have just proposed

I have just registered a new Blueprint in Launchpad for Ubuntu.
Basically, _one_ DVD for all Ubuntu versions.
I am willing to help bring this to reality, however, I have no idea where to
start regarding installation.
I have a SysAdmin background, and am a heavy Ubuntu user.

If anyone can provide information or pointers on how to:
1 - get this noticed
2 - who to approach to offer help

I would be most appreciative.
