skype

I have Skype installed in my wife's Hardy Heron. It works fine.

What I can suggest to fix this problem is:
1. Open terminal and type alsamixer
2. Play around, especially find mic and line in, make sure no zero values.

I apologize I can't give a more specific instruction as I fixed this
problem about a year ago. I've forgotten the precise steps.
