When I bought my Dell D830 a couple of months ago I ordered it with
Vista Business.  This runs fine under KVM, so I haven't tried to get a
refund on it.  AFAIK Dell OEM XP refuses to run under QEMU/KVM, so
getting an XP box from Dell seems to be the best bet these days for
getting a refund.  When ordering double check that it doesn't advertise
it as OEM XP as they may try to use this as an out.
