Format -> Print Ranges

I find Open Office's menu system better than competing products. All page
formatting is under the "Format" menu, which makes more logical sense. MS Office
and others continue to put all of their page formatting functions under the
"File" or "Edit" menus, which is completely illogical. While I understand they
keep it there due to legacy reasons, the fact of the matter is that using the
wrong location for items based on bad design decisions made 10 years ago is no
way to lay out modern software.

Can you expand on "Mac format"? MacOSX is an operating system, independent of
the software that runs on it. You'll have to be specific about which piece of
spreadsheet software you are using (as there are several for MacOSX).

My suggestion of course is to use OpenOffice for MacOSX. As of version 2.4.0,
OpenOffice now provides a Mac-native version, ensuring any documents you write on
OpenOffice for Windows or Linux are 100% compatible.

Grab it here:

There are different downloads for Intel and PowerPC architectures. You can find
out what your machine is by clicking on the Apple logo in the top-left of your
menu bar, and selecting "About this Mac".
