DHCPD3 "No subnet declaration for eth0 (0.0.0.0)" - SOLVED

well, it told you that it couldnt bind for the ip eth0 was on (0.0.0.0).
it doesnt know/care that eth0 is down, it just knows the ip isnt what it
wanted.
