There's no usb on this device so only an Ethernet connection. I have made some
more observations over time and now think the prob is my end. Basically
regular surfing of the net is unaffected. My prob seems to for now only
effect deluge which is a torrent client. Still searching for how to fix but I
gather there is some kind of fix/workaround from what I've seen so far
