Ekiga, Skype, Messenger video calling

This might come a bit late but still...
I had a good experience with Skype Linux to windows video calls.
both parties had a simple logitec web-cam and I am running the latest Skype beta.
the other party runs WinXP, which skype version I don't know.
We had no problems with establishing the connection, all worked out of the box.
