With all the talented resources available from your fellow list members why
don't you consider assembling it yourself.

On board LAN was an issue for me when I assembled my system - it did not
work in Ubuntu.  Easily rectified by installing an ethernet card.

Also note that sound reproduction has often been an issue in the
relationship of Ubuntu with on board sound chips.  Please consider a
separate sound card.

Which graphics card have you chosen or is that not an issue?
