Multimedia with ubuntu / kdenlive

Yeah, the dependencies are whacked up. There's a guide to compile it in
Gutsy AMD64 on their forums:

It should work for a 32-bit system as well, with a few modifications, the
details are in the thread. I haven't had time to test it myself, owing to a
capped net connection.
