Web based equivalent of Glom

I've found Glom rather handy at work as an alternative to MS Access.
But can anybody recommend a web based equivalent? It does not have to
do gui based form designing and the like (although it would be nice),
just something for putting a quick and easy frontend on some MySQL
db's without having to design a whole site in RoR or TurboGears again.
Googling is returning a lot of noise in the results.
