Pioneer have been shipping Linux for some time now. They used to have Lindows.

They haven't released details on that. You could try ordering from the
USA through http://www.priceusa.com.au/

I've also been told that some Dell resellers in the USA don't mind
shipping to Australia. You can also save a tonne of money that way too
:)
